The role involves managing the full B2B sales cycle to build relationships with renewable and grid-scale storage developers. The expert will be responsible for pipeline management, closing deals, and executing territory plans to win and retain customers.
Candidates need over 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience and a strong understanding of the power industry and energy transition. Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in either Polish or Italian.

As part of our Growth Team, you will enjoy strong go-to-market support from both marketing and business development.

Build relationships with renewable and grid-scale storage developers in your region
Take full responsibility for the entire B2B sales cycle
Manage opportunities, your pipeline, and close deals
Work with your colleagues to provide value at every stage of a client’s project
Share our vision at every touchpoint - calls/events/initiatives
Ultimately, win and retain satisfied customers
How you fit into the team
You want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and
Bring +5 years of quota-carrying sales experience
Have an understanding of the power industry and the role that flexibility plays in the energy transition
Have competence in complex and solution-oriented sales methods
Are enthusiastic when articulating technical and business value
Enjoy developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan
Are eager to leverage marketing automation strategies
Bring perfect oral and written communication in English as well as in Polish or Italian
Have been actively involved in the Polish or Italian markets (nice to have)
Like to travel and to drive the sales cycle even on business trips
Value excellent team spirit and creative freedom
