The Turbine Outage Field Service Manager leads the coordination and execution of field service activities, including the installation, start-up, and commissioning of turbine systems. This role also focuses on expanding business volume, managing financial resources, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive operational excellence.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field and at least ten years of experience in instrumentation and control within the power industry. Demonstrated expertise in resource, risk, and change management is required, along with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
We are seeking a forward‑thinking leader to manage out turbine engineer team. As Turbine Outage Field Service Manager, you will lead and manage the overall direction, coordination, and execution of Field Service activities for turbine projects. This role is critical in ensuring successful installation, start-up, and commissioning of steam and gas turbine systems while fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence. This position can be based in our Tinley Park, IL or Cranberry Township, PA office.

You use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities. You orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish a goal.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
