The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, greeting patients and managing the clinic's atmosphere. Key duties include scheduling appointments, handling phone lines, and coordinating patient referrals with other providers.
Candidates should possess a people-first personality with strong organizational and communication skills. Prior experience in a medical office or customer service role is preferred, along with comfort using scheduling software.

What You'll Do
Greet every patient with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality — making Elysian feel like a place people actually want to be
Answer and manage a busy phone line with professionalism and a friendly, upbeat tone
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with precision and care
Process patient referrals, including coordinating with other providers and tracking required documentation
Keep the front desk running smoothly — organized, on time, and detail-perfect
Anticipate patient needs and handle questions or concerns with grace
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and positive front-office environment
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to keep the day flowing seamlessly
What We're Looking For
An energetic, people-first personality — someone who naturally makes others feel comfortable and cared for
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
A genuine desire to serve others and be part of a patient's positive experience
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Prior front desk, customer service, or medical office experience preferred, but a great attitude matters most
Experience with referral coordination or insurance processes is a plus
Comfort with scheduling software and basic office technology
