Act as the primary technical interface for customers to resolve ATE hardware issues and manage RMA and CCN matters. Responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer issues, from initial analysis and debug to root cause identification and closure.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with over 10 years of experience in ATE or hardware development. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in board design, silicon characterization, and structured root cause analysis.

Act as a technical interface between Elevate and customers, responsible for ATE hardware development, debug, and end-to-end ownership of customer issues. This role requires strong hands-on capability and the ability to drive problem resolution across internal teams and external partners.
This is a high visibility role, offering the opportunity to join and our growing Taiwan office while serving as a key engineering presence.
Responsibilities
This position is based in Taiwan. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with each candidate’s experience, qualifications, and market standards in Taiwan, and will be structured as an annual base salary plus bonus, in compliance with applicable local employment laws.

Our founders have over 100 years of combined ATE experience while supporting roles directly related to ATE at companies like Brooktree Corp, Edge Semiconductor, Semtech, Megatest, Nextest, Maxim, and Planet ATE.
