Role Summary
The Regional Manager provides operational leadership and oversight across assigned sites
within the North and South Divisions. This role ensures consistent execution of clinical
research operations, alignment with Elevate standards, and achievement of study
performance goals. The Regional Manager serves as the primary operational partner to Site
Directors/Site Leads and acts as the communication bridge to the VP of Site Operations.
Core Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Provide direct oversight to Site Directors/Site Leads and ensure consistent
operational performance across regions.
• Lead or participate in Study Kickoff Meetings to ensure readiness and alignment.
• Oversee scheduling and operational coordination for:
o SIV, SQV, IMV, COV
o Patient visits and study specific workflows
• Ensure all Key Dates are accurately entered into CRIO and reflected on the Monday
board.
• Supervisor over financial requests in Bill.com
Quality & Compliance
• Oversee source document creation, updates, and QC to maintain audit ready
documentation.
• Monitor visit readiness and ensure timely completion of study milestones.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective or preventive actions.
Performance Management
• Track study goals, enrollment metrics, and operational KPIs across assigned sites.
• Pivot strategies as needed to meet or exceed study targets.
• Support sites in troubleshooting barriers to performance and workflow efficiency.
Communication & Reporting
• Provide weekly operational updates to the VP of Site Operations.
• Escalate ongoing or unresolved issues promptly to VP-SO.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with site leadership to ensure alignment,
accountability, and timely execution.
