The Compliance Analyst conducts audits of Stewards to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and remittance programs. They are also responsible for educating stewards on provincial regulations and preparing detailed audit reports.
Requires a university degree or college diploma with a background in accounting or auditing and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, and proficiency in advanced Excel.

Electronic Products Recycling Association (EPRA) is a recognized, industry-led, not-for-profit organization that operates regulated recycling programs across Canada. We provide environmental compliance programs for manufacturers, distributors and retailers of electronics and represent the largest network of qualified processors and drop-off locations in Canada.
Our mandate is to ensure end-of-life electronics are handled in a safe, secure and environmentally-sound manner.
We currently have a job opportunity for a Compliance Analyst based out of our Mississauga head office located at 5750 Explorer Drive. This is for an existing full-time, permanent position.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Manager of Compliance, the Compliance Analyst is responsible for conducting audits of Stewards to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and the reporting and remittance programs are being followed. This also includes providing education as updates and changes to provincial regulations and programs are made. Stewards are located across Canada and the Compliance Analyst is required to travel significantly.
