The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating production equipment to manufacture high-quality welding cable. They must perform quality inspections, handle raw materials, and maintain an organized work area to meet production goals.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be physically capable of standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates without qualifying machine operator experience will not be considered.
Experience with any of the following is highly preferred:
Extrusion equipment
Draw benches
Wire and cable manufacturing
Industrial production machinery
Continuous manufacturing processes
As a Machine Operator, you'll manufacture high-quality welding cable by safely operating production equipment and using large production reels.
Responsibilities include:
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to maintain product quality.
Handle copper wire, reels, and raw materials.
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work closely with your team to keep production running efficiently.
This is a physically demanding manufacturing position.
Employees must be able to:
Stand and walk for 10 or 12-hour shifts.
Frequently bend, stoop, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Work in a hot manufacturing environment.
Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
Work at a fast pace while producing a quality product safely.
Four (4) 10-hour shifts

Overtime is required based on production needs.
