Responsible for the design, development, and integration of electrical systems, focusing on cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and interconnects for ruggedized defense systems. The role involves hands-on hardware integration, troubleshooting in lab environments, and ensuring EMI/EMC and environmental compliance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Electronic preferred) with 5 or more years of relevant experience. Proficiency in ECAD tools like Mentor Graphics Expedition and ANSYS HFSS is highly desired.
Job Summary: The Senior Electrical Engineer is a hands‑on contributor responsible for the design, development, and integration of electrical systems with a strong focus on cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, interconnects, and system‑level hardware integration. This role requires practical experience working directly with hardware in lab and test environments. The engineer will ensure proper electrical functionality and compliance of ruggedized defense systems, including supporting EMI/EMC and environmental qualification efforts. This position emphasizes real‑world electrical engineering and system bring‑up rather than purely theoretical or architecture‑only work.
