Executes brand strategy and annual marketing plans aligned with business and commercial objectives;
Ensures consistent brand positioning and visual identity across all touchpoints;
Translates business priorities into clear, actionable marketing initiatives;
Plans, delivers and optimizes integrated 360° campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, in-store);
Develops and briefs creative concepts based on consumer insights and campaign objectives;
Oversees production and deployment of marketing materials (POS, digital assets, media content);
Owns social media and digital communication performance, including content planning and optimization;
Drives customer engagement programs (loyalty, promotions, gamification, partnerships);
Improves customer journey and experience across key touchpoints;
Tracks, analyzes and reports campaign performance using key KPIs;
Leverages market, consumer and competitor intelligence to inform decisions;
Identifyes growth opportunities and recommends data-driven improvements;
Manages external agencies ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency;
Monitors and controls marketing budgets with focus on ROI and effectiveness;
Collaborates cross-functionally (Retail/NFR/ Finance) to align execution;
Supports development and activation of CSR and sustainability initiatives;
Contributes to internal and external brand events and employer branding activities.
University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field;
At least 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing or communications in Retail, FMCG, Telecom or Petrol industries;
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, shopper marketing, and retail dynamics;
Hands-on experience with integrated campaigns and digital channels;
Solid knowledge of media planning, performance metrics, and analytics tools;
Proven ability to combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving;
Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment;
Effective stakeholder management and collaboration abilities;
Proactive, result-oriented, and adaptable mindset;
Advanced MS Office skills; experience with analytics tools is a plus;
Fluent in English.
