EKO Bulgaria is an international company operating in the field of fuel and fast-moving consumer goods. The company distributes its products and offers its services through a network of 102 petrol stations operating under the EKO brand.

Main responsibilities:

• Manages the operational performance of EKO petrol stations within the assigned region;

• Monitors compliance with Health, Safety, Security and Environmental requirements;

• Ensures adherence to operational and maintenance standards;

• Drives customer service quality and active sales performance across the network;

• Analyzes sales results and implements actions to improve business performance;

• Monitors and optimizes operating expenses (OPEX);

• Identifies business opportunities and promotes continuous improvement initiatives;

• Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and promotional campaigns;

• Identifies business risks and threats, and recommends corrective measures;

• Manages customer complaints and supports resolution of operational issues;

• Supports recruitment and onboarding of petrol stations managers;

• Coaches and develops petrol stations managers to achieve operational and commercial excellence;

• Ensures effective implementation of company policies, procedures and training programs;

• Prepares regular business analyses, reports, and performance reviews.

What are we looking for:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in Petrol industry or Retail, FMCG;

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance and drive results;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with solution-oriented mindset;

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to work under pressure;

• Proactive and flexible attitude with ability to adapt fast to changing environment;

• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems;

• Excellent MS Office skills;

• Good command of written and spoken English;

• Willingness to travel extensively.
