Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Lead a cross-functional quality team and serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality audits and corrective actions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and over 10 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in electronics manufacturing, including 5+ years in management. Must have deep knowledge of IPC/J-STD standards and US citizenship.
