The Import Production Coordinator acts as a liaison between overseas vendors and internal teams to manage the apparel production lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating purchase orders, tracking material progress, scheduling shipments, and ensuring production meets quality and delivery standards.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in apparel production coordination and advanced proficiency in Excel. A solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and ERP systems is required for this fast-paced wholesale environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Import Production Coordinator at Edgemine, you will serve as the liaison between overseas vendors and our internal teams (Sales, Design, Shipping). You will be responsible for PO creation, material tracking, shipment scheduling, ERP updates, and ensuring that apparel production meets our quality, cost and delivery goals.
