Serve as the first point of contact for clients by handling phone calls and greeting visitors. Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Producers while learning insurance products to transition into a licensed Account Manager role.
Candidates should have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a desire to build a career in the insurance industry. Previous customer-facing or administrative experience is preferred.
