Lead and grow the Construction Materials Testing group by overseeing field operations and laboratory performance for residential and commercial projects. Manage the full project lifecycle from proposal to closeout while mentoring technical staff and tracking departmental financial performance.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 6 to 8+ years of experience in construction materials testing and field services. Candidates must have experience managing teams and budgets, with a Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
