Responsible for preparing and serving meals while maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Duties include operating the cash register, following HACCP procedures, and documenting food production records.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a commercial food service environment. Candidates must be proficient in food preparation, cash handling, and adhering to food safety regulations.
Base Pay: $17.20 per hour
Health & Welfare (H&W) Pay in Lieu of Benefits: $4.57* per hour — provided to employees who opt out of company-sponsored insurance.
