Lead the Technical Design team to ensure brand quality, fit, and construction standards are maintained for sleep, lounge, and intimates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to manage tech packs, lead fit sessions, and optimize production processes.
Requires over 10 years of experience in pattern making and technical design, with at least 8 years in a management role. Proficiency in FLEX PLM or similar software is required, and experience with 3D software is a plus.
