Deine Mission

As our Digital Engineering & AI Lead, you will drive Easelink’s transformation towards a data-driven and AI-enabled engineering organization. You will identify, coordinate and implement AI and digital engineering initiatives that create tangible value while meeting relevant engineering, safety, security and quality requirements. The initial focus will be on Engineering Excellence, followed by the gradual expansion of successful approaches into Business Development, Procurement, Quality, Operations, Finance and HR.

Was dich erwartet

• Develop and drive Easelink’s Digital Engineering and AI strategy and roadmap
• Identify, prioritize and coordinate AI initiatives across Engineering and, over time, further business functions
• Introduce AI-supported workflows in coding, requirements, testing, documentation and knowledge management
• Design and implement practical AI solutions together with the respective teams
• Ensure alignment with Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, cybersecurity, TISAX and established engineering processes
• Develop guidelines and governance principles for the secure and responsible use of AI
• Drive Easelink’s Engineering Data Strategy and improve the quality, consistency and reusability of engineering information
• Support the integration of systems such as PLM, ALM, Requirements Management, ERP, Git, CI/CD and test management tools
• Evaluate emerging technologies and enable teams through training and change-management activities
• Gradually expand successful approaches into Business Development, Procurement, Quality, Operations, Finance and HR

Was du mitbringst

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology or a comparable field
• Experience in AI, digital transformation, engineering processes or engineering data
• A good understanding of development processes, workflows and toolchains
• The ability to translate relevant use cases into practical solutions
• A hands-on, analytical and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect Engineering, IT and business stakeholders while driving change
• Automotive experience and knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, cybersecurity or TISAX are an advantage
