The Talent Manager is responsible for recruiting high-caliber VFX professionals and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle. They will also handle resource planning, workforce forecasting, and foster a positive studio culture.
The ideal candidate requires 2-5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the VFX industry. They must be able to work from the London office at least two days per week.

This is a hybrid role but would need you in the office at least 2 days a week.
This is a fixed term contract role of 12 months.
