The group is supported by a corporate operations management team that ensures our operations area aligned to International Best-Practice.

1. Assisting with reviewing and curating content to be submitted to the Greenlight committee.
2. Sponsorship sourcing
3. Liaising and working with other co-producers
4. Script review and edit
5. Contract/commercial terms negotiations with external parties
6. Assessment on financials- OPEX and CAPEX.
7. Content and Promotional assets supervision and creation
8. Collaboration with and supervising the PR, Marketing, finance and distribution of titles produced
9. Supervision on implementation of marketing plan
10. Overseeing post-production process on titles produced
11. Manage databases and archiving.

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Film and Production

• Strong analytical mind for evaluating scripts, budgets, and production decisions
• Ability to plan and manage budgets.
• Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
