We are looking for a people-oriented and hands-on Head of Human Resources to join our team in Romania.
With work location in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania - around 30 minutes from Brașov.
In this role, you will be a trusted HR partner to local management, plant leadership, employees, and the international HR organization. You will lead the local HR function, support business operations across the organization, and drive key people initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
This role is for someone who is ready to lead - not necessarily someone who has already held the title. Whether you are an experienced HR leader or an ambitious HR Business Partner or HR Generalist who feels ready to step into your first Head of HR role, we would love to hear from you. We value leadership potential, business mindset, sound judgement, and genuine passion for working with people just as much as previous job titles or years of management experience.
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
