The instructor is responsible for teaching weekly course content, grading assignments, and holding office hours for the INTZ 2503 course. Additional duties include coordinating with fellow faculty, attending meetings, and assisting with learning outcome assessments.
Candidates must hold an MA in International Education or a related field, or an MA in another field with significant related work experience. Preferred qualifications include a PhD, experience teaching identity and global citizenship, and proficiency in a second language.

The Office of Internationalization offers three courses connected to study abroad, INTZ 2501, INTZ 2502 and INTZ 2503. This course, INTZ 2503 Learning to Return, is offered Winter and Spring quarters (potentially Fall in the future). This course is taught in person. This position includes preparing for and teaching at least 1 section per academic year for the Office of Internationalization.
While the University's administrative offices are open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, faculty schedules vary from term to term and are based on courses taught, service commitments, and research agendas. The University's academic calendars are posted on the registrar's website (the law school is on a semester system and has a different academic calendar).
For consideration, please submit your application materials by 4:00 p.m. (MST) Friday, July 10th. Applications are currently being accepted and reviewed for Winter and Spring academic quarters of the 2026-2027 academic year.

The course rate for this is $2,580.00.
