The Account Manager manages client relationships across Poland and Germany, overseeing the end-to-end development and deployment of packaging solutions. They are responsible for driving profitability, managing value delivery projects, and coordinating between clients and internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
Candidates should have a technical mindset and experience in project management, ideally within a logistics, co-packing, or print and packaging environment. Fluency in German and English is essential, with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of other Central European languages being beneficial.

About the Role
As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships across client sites in Poland, acting as the key liaison between the client and internal teams. This role is responsible for overseeing packaging-related projects while also engaging in broader discussions around quality, supply chain, and logistics.
With a strong foundation in project management and a technical mindset, the Account Manager follows the full development process of packaging solutions - from initial concept through to deployment. They lead initiatives such as a full end to end packaging process review, ensuring packaging is fit for purpose and aligned with client needs.
A core part of the role involves understanding the end-to-end supply chain and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Account Manager collaborates closely with specialist teams to implement enhancements that drive efficiency, sustainability, and value for the client. The Account Manager will be responsible for delivering results through a culture of collaboration and accountability, with a hands-on attitude.
This is a remote role handling clients throughout Germany and Poland, fluency in German and English is essential. Knowledge of Polish, Hungarian, Romain or Czech is beneficial. Some occasional travel may be required.
Your core responsibilities:
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, from creating critical paths and overseeing multiple projects ideally gained within a logistics and co-packing environment. You will be the main point of contact for the client, keeping them informed of progress while also building strong relationships with our internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure a seamless delivery.
As part of the end-to end life cycle process, you will take care of all the crucial briefing and administration. You'll also be a proactive, hands on problem-solver. Experience within the print and packaging industry and a working knowledge of permanent & temporary POS display industry across retail markets and brands along with 2D POSM execution is desirable as is proficiency with Excel.
