The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the implementation, integration, and technical support of DroneShield systems at customer sites across Europe. This role involves acting as the primary technical point of contact for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and training while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
Candidates should have experience in field service engineering, proficiency with Linux and network equipment, and strong technical troubleshooting skills. A university degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred, and professional fluency in English is mandatory.

In deze functie rapporteer je primair aan de EU Operations Manager en werk je nauw samen met het Europese Sales Team, het Operations Team en de Engineering Teams. Deze rol past goed bij iemand met oog voor detail, een passie voor technologie en de ambitie om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen een snelgroeiend, beursgenoteerd defensietechnologiebedrijf.
De functie richt zich volledig op klantgerichte technische ondersteuning in het veld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle implementatie, integratie en ondersteuning van DroneShield-systemen bij klanten in heel Europa.
