Manage daily office operations including patient reception, phone communications, and appointment scheduling. Handle patient financial concerns and maintain accurate financial records to meet practice targets.
Requires at least one year of dental or medical administrative experience and proficiency in dental terminology and CDT codes. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with Dentrix software experience preferred.

Monday and Tuesday: 7:45am – 5:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday: 6:45am – 4:00pm
