The Zero Harm Advisor is responsible for promoting a proactive safety culture by mentoring operational leaders and the workforce. Key duties include conducting site inspections, auditing, and investigating safety incidents to ensure compliance with Zero Harm standards.
Candidates need at least 3 years of operational safety experience in project-based environments, preferably within the Energy, Utilities, or Civil industries. A Certificate IV in OHS/WHS is required, and ICAM lead investigator certification is advantageous.
Our Energy & Utilities team are now seeking their nexthighly capable Zero Harm Advisor to join our team on Barrow Island. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working a 14/14 roster, flying direct from Perth. Reporting directly to the Site Superintendent you will play a major part in ensuring our Zero Harm standard is embedded into everything our people do on and off site.
In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and guiding our operational leaders, engineers, supervisors and blue-collar workforce to successfully promote and foster a proactive culture of Zero Harm.
You will be a driven, motivated and adaptable individual allowing you to be highly successful in this role. We are seeking Perth based applicants willing and able to take part in a 14/14 FIFO roster.
