The Zero Harm Advisor provides day-to-day safety advice and support to ensure operations comply with legislative, client, and company requirements. Key duties include conducting site inspections, facilitating safety training, and participating in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Candidates must hold a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, with a Diploma highly regarded, and possess extensive industry experience in a safety advisory capacity. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels are essential.
