The BCBA will evaluate clients to create functional behavior assessments and behavior plans while overseeing behavior technicians. They are also responsible for conducting parent training and ensuring all treatment programs are implemented effectively.
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and a New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
