L’usine de la Doré est l’un des complexes de fabrication de bois d’œuvre intégrés (sciage, rabotage, séchage et aboutage) les plus importants du Lac-Saint-Jean. Les quelque 260 personnes de son effectif assurent son exploitation en continu. Les investissements des dernières années ont servi à moderniser l’équipement par l’adoption de nouvelles technologies pour assurer la sécurité de notre personnel.
Notre établissement est à la recherche de personnes qualifiées en vue de pourvoir un poste de Superviseur cour. Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein.

Responsabilités:
Relevant du Superviseur général cour vous aurez à :
- Coordonner le travail des équipes pour assurer la gestion des priorités pour les opérations (usines, inventaire, garage, séchoir, expédition wagon et camion).
- S'assure que les règles en matière de SST sont bien appliquées.
- Effectué le suivi des employées au niveau de la SST et des rencontres annuelles.
- Effectue la gestion de la main d’œuvre (horaire, paie, recrutement, évaluation, etc).
- Effectue la gestion des incidents environnementaux.
- Assurer un suivi de la qualité au niveau de la cour et des séchoirs.
- Conserver de bonnes relations avec nos partenaires, fournisseur et usines.
- Identifier et analyser les opportunités d'amélioration.
Profil recherché:
- Posséder un minimum de trois (3) années d'expériences pertinentes dans le domaine.
- Savoir planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler avec rigueur et cohésion.
