Oversee the daily execution of AI/ML data workflows and ensure delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards. Manage client partnerships by translating requirements into technical workflows and providing performance insights.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field and at least 5 years of experience in AI/ML operations or BPO technical delivery. Proficiency in data annotation tools and experience with computer vision or autonomous systems is highly preferred.

Experience with annotation platforms such as Deepen, Segment, Kognic, Dataloop, CVAT, or similar tools is preferred.
