Responsibilities
Support the Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineers to develop schematic and construction drawings, assist with code analysis and cost estimates to meet project requirements.
Serve as the Mechanical Project Engineer for small projects and coordinate work with all disciplines with the goal of increasing responsibility and decision making.
Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting.
Conduct site visits and field inspections of mechanical plumbing and fire protection systems.
Perform or assigns task to and coordinate with technicians or administrative staff as per project requirements.
Required Skills & Required Experience
Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree (passed EIT).
Applicants should have a minimum of 2+years direct experience in related HVAC design.
Proactive personality with solutions-based approach to problem solving.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills (English language) and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Word and Excel (Microsoft Office) required.
PE license is not required but is plus.
Valid Driver’s License is required.
