The assistant will support the Regional Development Practice Manager in overseeing the operational, administrative, and commercial performance of multiple dental clinics. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, coordinating staff, ensuring compliance, and assisting with clinic visits.
Candidates must have previous experience as a Practice Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator, or Senior Dental Nurse with leadership responsibilities. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are essential requirements.

As the Regional Development Practice Manager Assistant, you will work closely with the Regional Development Practice Manager to support the operational, administrative, and commercial performance of multiple clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or senior dental professional looking to develop their leadership and multi-site management skills.
