The Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling bingo products, managing cash floats, and assisting with the verification of winning bingo cards. They must also maintain a clean playing environment and provide prompt, courteous service to all patrons.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain an AGCO license and work scheduled shifts as required. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to operate a POS sales system are essential for this role.
Job Description - Customer Service Representative
SUMMARY: Provides courteous and efficient service to patrons in the sales of bingo products, calling back winning bingo cards, and ensuring playing area is clean and ready for business. Interacts with customers daily, promptly responding to all requests in a courteous and efficient manner. Encourages the sale of company products at every opportunity and applies exemplary customer relation skills that promote a superior company image. Provides prompt service in a time sensitive manner to ensure bingo event runs free of delays.
