Work Location: Local to Williston, ND Shop. Please note: This position supports shop and field operations, including remote job sites
Work Environment: Work environment is non-traditional. Work will be performed in shop and field environments, which may include exposure to harsh weather conditions, loud noise, heavy equipment, and non-climate-controlled settings
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising the maintenance and repair of the operational fleet and equipment. This role oversees shop and field maintenance personnel, assigns daily work, coordinates labor based on operational needs, and ensures company procedures and safety standards are followed.
This position is best suited for an experienced diesel mechanic and maintenance leader who can effectively troubleshoot equipment, manage competing priorities, mentor employees, and support operations in fast-paced shop and field environments.
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
