The Shift Manager is responsible for running daily restaurant operations self-sufficiently while ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. They lead the team in culture building, provide performance feedback, and manage operational tasks like inventory and labor.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for 90% of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Role:
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the Shift Leader runs great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. This role takes ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from the team when appropriate; and is willing to lead the restaurant team in culture building, best practices, and day to day functioning requirements of the restaurant. The Shift Lead maintains the mentality that a well-run shift is the foundation of a well-run restaurant, and strives to run shifts with excellence at all times.
