Overview - HYBRID role with some traveling to support client meets
Iron Logic is seeking a Project Coordinator Level 2 to support client-facing software development and digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects and change requests while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. This role requires a self-starter who is organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and confident communicating directly with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage client projects and change requests from initiation through delivery and post-launch support.
- Gather, document, and communicate business and technical requirements to project teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, action logs, risk logs, issue logs, and deployment plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential schedule impacts.
- Coordinate activities across development, QA, design, and support teams.
- Support project estimation, planning, forecasting, and resource coordination activities.
- Ensure project documentation remains accurate, current, and accessible.
- Work directly with clients to understand business needs, answer questions, and coordinate project activities.
- Assist with deployment planning, release coordination, and production readiness activities.
- Support ongoing portfolio reporting and management activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the PMO.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable leading meetings and interacting directly with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Experience working in Agile and/or software development environments is considered an asset.
