The coordinator supports corporate quality assurance systems by managing documentation, customer complaints, and data reporting. They provide administrative support for the Digital Quality Management System and assist with LIMS administration to ensure regulatory compliance.
An associate degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. A bachelor's degree in Agribusiness or Quality Management and familiarity with LIMS/DQMS are preferred.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting all corporate quality assurance systems. This position is responsible for coordinating quality documentation, managing customer complaints, and performing data reporting and trend analysis. The coordinator provides administrative support for the Digital Quality Management System (DQMS) and cross-trains to assist with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) administration to ensure alignment with customer, corporate, and regulatory standards.
