The Senior Controls Engineer will lead the design and development of industrial material handling control systems, including PLC programming and schematics. They are responsible for overseeing project schedules, performing on-site beta testing, and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Allen Bradley software, AutoCAD Electrical, and knowledge of industrial safety codes are required.
Designs control systems for industrial material handling solutions. Includes concepting new ideas, developingspecifications and requirements, implementing proof of concepts and prototypes, performing high level anddetailed designing, and leading the transistion to manufacturing. Leads large projects or multiple smallerprojects and provides direction and training to less-senior associates.
