Oversee and implement all irrigation and fertigation activities across the grow facility, including balancing nutrient tanks and maintaining equipment. Collaborate with the grow team to ensure irrigation plans are executed and troubleshoot system alarms effectively.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and agricultural or green industry experience. Candidates must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Starting Hourly Rate: $19.50
Location: Litchfield, IL
The Fertigation Technician works in conjunction with the Fertigation Supervisor to oversee and implement all irrigation and fertigation activities across the entire grow. Fertigation Technician may also be required to work in the garden with Cultivation Technicians and perform similar duties, as needed
