The Express Service Representative acts as the primary contact between the service department and customers to sell express services and parts. They are responsible for conducting vehicle walk-arounds, presenting inspection results, and ensuring accurate repair order documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Prior retail or automotive service sales experience is preferred along with strong communication and organizational skills.
