The primary responsibility is applying conformal coat materials to circuit boards using automated machines and paint guns. Additionally, the role involves rotating through other workcenters for testing, cutting, and packaging products.
Candidates must be able to work in an enclosed, ventilated room wearing a full facial mask. A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential for performing tedious application tasks.
This role would be primarily responsible and focused on applying various conformal coat materials to circuit boards. This is performed in an enclosed and ventilated room with a full facial mask. Both an automated machine as well as a paint gun is used for applications. This task requires a high level of detail and some jobs can be particularly tedious, therefore it is important that this team member understands the importance and values quality.
Team member would also rotate between other workcenters when conformal coat jobs are caught up. This could include the following:
