The Production Manager is responsible for assigning jobs to technicians and coordinating repairs to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery. They must also perform quality assurance checks and maintain a safe, clean production environment.
Candidates must have high-level knowledge of the collision industry and insurance procedures, along with the ability to supervise and motivate personnel. A valid driver's license and proficiency with computers are required.
