The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure the community remains safe and functional. They also perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency on-call situations to preserve property assets.
Candidates must have an EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) and a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in facilities or multi-family housing maintenance is required.

Role Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the community remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained by diagnosing and repairing a wide range of building and apartment systems. You provide timely, high‑quality service to residents, support preventative maintenance programs, and help preserve the property’s physical assets through consistent care and attention.
