Job Description
The Data Engineer is responsible for working directly with military clients to strengthen their financial management processes, operations, and systems, with a focus on maximizing the impact of the organization’s resources. The ideal candidate will be expected to execute with Excellence, serve with Integrity, and approach every problem with a drive to Get Things Done.
This role integrates advanced data management, analysis, and visualization capabilities with core accounting and financial processes to establish continuous audit readiness. Additionally, the Data Engineer will provide advisory and support on asset visibility, accountability, resolution, and disposition, while helping clients estimate costs, manage budgets, review financial strategies, and perform crisis audit and forensic analysis.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an entry-level Data Engineer to join our practice with a dedicated focus on military clients in the Defense & Security segment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy environments and support advanced automation and analytics initiatives for our federal client. Further, you will convert business and functional requirements into intuitive, user-friendly data visualization dashboards, web-based query applications, and complex reports.
