The Associate Formulation Scientist will conduct hands-on laboratory work to develop and test novel formulation and delivery systems for agricultural active ingredients. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and advance products through the development pipeline.
Candidates must hold a BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field with 0-3 years of experience. Strong foundational knowledge in formulation technology and excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.

The individual in the Associate Formulation Scientist position will provide technical support for the creation and development of novel formulations and delivery systems for new and existing agricultural active ingredients. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional parters across Corteva R&D to explore and evaluate formulation concepts through proof-of-concept studies, translate promising ideas into practice, and advance successful technologies through the stage-gate pipeline toward business case development and commercialization. The ideal candidate will have foundational training in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or a related discipline. Experience in formulation development for the agricultural, pharmaceutical, personal care, or related industries is preferred.
