Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for adults with complex mental health and substance use disorders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, person-centered care and maintain compliant clinical documentation.
Requires a valid Arizona RN and APRN license, board certification as a PMHNP-BC, and an active DEA registration. Experience in community behavioral health and treating individuals with serious mental illness is strongly preferred.
