  • Review and audit RBT session documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Conduct curriculum-based, norm-referenced, and other clinical assessments to inform treatment recommendations
  • Provide individualized parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and treatment success.
  • Train, coach, and mentor RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST) and CFCI's clinical training model
  • Provide direct supervision and in-person training to ensure RBT competency and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain proficiency in the organization's behavior management and clinical documentation systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, families, schools, and other interdisciplinary providers to coordinate high-quality client care
  • Serve as a primary clinical resource for assigned RBTs, providing guidance, problem-solving, and support for day-to-day client care
