Plan and schedule maintenance and capital works for water and wastewater assets while coordinating resources and contractors. Support field teams and optimize the use of CMMS to drive operational efficiency and asset performance.
Requires experience in asset planning or maintenance scheduling, preferably within the water, utilities, or facilities industries. Proficiency with CMMS tools like SAP or Maximo and strong organizational skills are essential.

About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with the Facilities Maintenance Manager to support the efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance and project activities across our water and wastewater assets, delivered in partnership with Sydney Water. You will play a key role in supporting field teams by ensuring work is effectively planned, prioritised, and resourced for safe and efficient execution. You will also contribute to business improvement initiatives and support the effective use and optimisation of CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems).
