The Occupational Therapist performs clinical evaluations and implements treatment plans to facilitate patient recovery and maximum physical potential. They coordinate with the Therapy Director and physicians to ensure high-quality, multidisciplinary patient care and proper documentation.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure, and a valid BLS certification. At least two years of clinical experience in hand, wrist, and elbow rehabilitation is customarily required.

The Occupational Therapist will perform clinical duties including evaluations, formulating a treatment plan and ensuring that all aspects of the treatment plan are carried out concurrent with the medical protocols established by Concentra Health Services. The occupational therapist will coordinate with the Center Therapy Director to perform business and financial duties directly related to the provision of therapy services at the center.
