Lead the Equipment Engineering, Technical Process Engineering, and Industrialization teams to oversee the design and commissioning of production assets. Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, lean concepts, and shopfloor layout in collaboration with production.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of leadership experience in industrial manufacturing. Proficiency in German and English is mandatory, along with skills in MES, PLM, Confluence, and Jira.
