The Communications Specialist II provides technical and operational support for Advanced Tactical Data Link systems, focusing on cryptographic integration and COMSEC practices. They are responsible for configuring, fielding, and troubleshooting secure communication systems in both lab and field environments.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with Tactical Data Links, COMSEC, or cryptographic systems and possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement.
CONUS/OCONUS Travel Required: The Communications Specialist II provides technical and operational support for Advanced Tactical Data Link (ATDL) systems with a focus on cryptographic integration, Communications Security (COMSEC), and network interoperability.
