The Media Production Specialist supports the creation of high-quality video courses, podcasts, and digital learning content. Responsibilities include operating cameras, editing in Adobe Premiere, and managing technical audio and lighting across the full production lifecycle.

The Media Production Specialist supports the creation and delivery of high-quality video-based courses, podcasts, and digital learning content for Colibri Group. This is an entry-level opportunity for a motivated media professional eager to grow within a collaborative production team.
Working under the guidance of the Director of Media Production, you will contribute across the full production lifecycle — from pre-production planning through post-production delivery — while gaining hands-on experience with modern production workflows and AI-enabled tools.
This role serves as a key contributor to course production quality, supporting subject matter experts (SMEs), coordinating with internal stakeholders, and helping uphold brand and accessibility standards across all content. Occasional travel may be required (approximately 3–6 trips per year) to media production locations or the St. Louis studio.
